Kenny Baillie is Professor of Experimental Medicine at the University of Edinburgh and Consultant in Intensive Care Medicine. He leads a research programme in translational genomics. His work is focused on using genetic signals from critically ill patients to identify drug therapy targets and testing those therapeutic ideas in highly efficient model systems.
