LifeArc CEO Visit

Visit from LifeArc CEO, Sam Barrell

We were delighted to recently welcome the new CEO of LifeArc, Sam Barrell, and Heather McKinnon (based in the BioQuarter here in Edinburgh) and soon to lead LifeArc’s respiratory and related research themes. Sam and Heather were visiting the LifeArc Centre for Rare Respiratory Diseases (RRD) hosted within our Baillie Gifford Pandemic Science Hub.

Their time and interest were greatly appreciated, particularly given LifeArc’s crucial role as one of our funders. The visit, which coincided with Sam’s trip to LifeArc’s BioQuarter office, provided a valuable opportunity to showcase the work of the RRD Centre and the Pandemic Science Hub.
